Over a nineteen year period I lived in eight countries outside of the USA. I worked in an additional twelve  counties and have visited approximately twenty other countries as a tourist.

I created this blog to share some of my adventures.  For me, at least, my adventures have been mostly sauntering around various mountains, beaches and cities.

​

I have tried to include topics in each post that are not usually found in travel posts.  For example, the peak bagging posts usually contain short sections on geology, flora/fauna and history.

​
